When considering portraiture and street photography in a city as vast and diverse as New York, I approach each project with the belief that everybody has a story worth hearing and telling. While I have experience operating both Nikon and Canon devices across a number of different lenses and flash units, I tend to gravitate toward fixed lenses and a low aperture, opting for the opportunity to be up close and personal with the subjects in each shot.
